Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- chicken drummettes - 3 lb
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Arrange drummettes in pan or casserole dish. Heat remaining ingredients until butter and sugar dissolve. Pour over drummettes; allow to marinate for at least 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
