Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 oz
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- chicken wings - 3 doz
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Cut the wings into 3 sections; discard tips. Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, mustard and garlic. Blend thoroughly. Add wings and marinate overnight. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
