  • vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • toasted almonds - 2 Tbsp
  • cracked pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken breasts - 1 pkg
  • maifun rice sticks - 1 pkg
  • sesame oil - 1 Tbsp
  • small head lettuce, shredded - 1 item
  • stalks green onion, chopped - 4 item
  • toasted white sesame seed - 2 Tbsp

How to make chinese chicken salad:

Dressing:2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cracked pepper4 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 Tbsp. sesame oil3 Tbsp. vinegar1 small head lettuce, shredded4 stalks green onion, chopped2 Tbsp. toasted almonds2 Tbsp. toasted white sesame seed Next, break 1/2 package maifun rice sticks into smaller pieces. Fry in hot oil until fluffy and white. Flip over and allow to fluff up again. Drain on paper sack. Toss with rest of salad and dressing.
