Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sesame seed - 2 tsp
- green onions - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- peanuts optional - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- ajinomoto - 1 tsp
- celery - 1 item
- ham - 1 item
- grated carrots optional - 1 item
- wun tun pi - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken salad:
Dressing:1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. ajinomoto2 tsp. sesame seed1/4 c. salad oil Chicken: Boil chicken breasts just until done, then put into ice water to cool. Hand shred or slice.Ham: Cut into slivers.
Almonds: Bake at about 350°.
Vegetables: Shred lettuce; chop celery and green onions.
Wun Tun Pi: Crush and sprinkle on top after tossing salad.
Combine ingredients for dressing and shake well. Pour on salad before serving and toss.
