Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1/3 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- cashews - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced chicken - 2 c
- onion - 1/4 c
- Chinese noodles - 1 c
- celery, cut up - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken:
Saute onion, celery and oleo. Add soup, broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper and chestnuts. Add chicken. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with noodles and cashews over top of casserole. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
