Ingredients/Components
- cabbage mix - 1 pkg
- bundle green onions, chopped - 1 item
- oil
- sugar - 1/2 c
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Saute Mixture:1 stick oleo
- sunflower seeds - 8 oz
- slivered almonds - 4 oz
- Ramen noodles, broken apart - 2 pkg
How to make chinese cabbage salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. oil1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. white vinegar2 Tbsp. soy sauce Saute Mixture:1 stick oleo8 oz. sunflower seeds4 oz. slivered almonds2 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken apart Dressing: Mix thoroughly.Saut?© oleo, sunflower seeds, almonds and noodles; cool.
Combine just prior to serving. Saut?©ed mixture and dressing can be made several days in advance.
