- Onion - 1 item
- Hot pepper - 1 item
- Tortillas - 1 item
- Enchilada sauce or salsa - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make chimichangas:
Shred roast beef, add onion and hot pepper to taste. Simmer until tender. Roll meat mixture in tortillas, then deep fry until crispy. Serve with Enchilada sauce, salsa and cheese.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american, One Dish meal.
