Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced tomato - 1 item
- beef broth - 1/4 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- frozen corn, thawed - 1 pkg
- slices bacon, diced and cooked - 4 item
How to make chilled corn salad:
Mix sour cream, mayo, beef broth and vinegar together. In a medium bowl mix all other ingredients and pour mixture over vegetables. Mix well and chill until serving time.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Corn.
