- ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chili powder - 1/8 tsp
- coarsely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- carton commercial sour cream - 1 oz
- large avocado, coarsely chopped - 1 item
- cans consomme, divided - 2 1/2
How to make chilled avocado soup:
Combine avocado, onion and 1 can consomme in container of electric blender. Cover and blend until pureed. Pour into a mixing bowl; stir in remaining consomme and last 3 ingredients. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
