Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- ripe avocados - 2 item
- lime, thinly sliced - 1 item
- cans consomme - 3 item
How to make chilled avocado soup:
Puree the avocados in blender. Add consomme, sour cream, onion powder, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish each serving with a slice of lime and a teaspoon of sour cream.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
