Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomatoes - 16 oz
- can kidney beans - 15 oz
- envelope taco seasoning - 1 item
How to make chili taco salad:
Brown ground beef; pour off excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, kidney beans and water. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.For each serving, place generous handful of taco flavored corn chips in bowl and top with hot chili mix. Garnish with shredded lettuce, cheese and chopped tomatoes.
