Chili mac
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- hot water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 2
- ground beef - 1 lb
- canned tomatoes
- uncooked macaroni
- kidney beans canned - 2 c
How to make chili mac:
Brown beef. Add onion and cook until slightly browned. Stir in tomatoes, beans and water. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni and seasonings. Stir well. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook until macaroni is done. Stir occasionally during cooking.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, For 1 or 2.
