Chili con queso
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- Velveeta cheese, grated - 1 lb
- green chilies with juice - 1 c
- can tomatoes no juice - 1 oz
How to make chili con queso:
Mix 1/3 Velveeta, 1/3 Cheddar and 1/3 sauce. Alternate layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot with chips (nachos).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
