- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- garlic powder - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
How to make chili con queso:
Brown ground beef. While beef is browning, cut cheeses into squares. Melt cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes in crock-pot. Add taco seasoning, garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups water to beef. Simmer until water is almost gone. Add to cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Serve as dip over tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
