  • Velveeta cheese - 2 c
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • cilantro optional - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped chili peppers - 4 oz

How to make chili con queso:

Cube the Velveeta cheese and melt in a double boiler. Add the other ingredients. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
