- eggs - 10 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 pt
- shredded Jack cheese - 1 lb
- can diced green chilies Ortega - 8 oz
How to make chili cheese squares:
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add flour, salt and baking powder; blend together. Pour in chilies and cheeses. Pour melted butter from 9 x 13-inch pan (leaving pan coated), into egg mixture. Mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350° for 30 minutes more.
