Ingredients/Components
- green chilies, chopped - 12 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 c
- eggs - 6 item
- water - 3 c
- dried milk - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick
- bacon, fried and crumbled - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make chili cheese puff:
Line a 12-inch Dutch oven with foil and grease. Sprinkle chilies and cheese evenly in oven. Beat eggs, water, dried milk, oregano, basil and Bisquick until smooth. Add bacon and onions.
