  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 item
  • natural Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb

How to make chili cheese ball:

With the blender or electric mixer combine the cheeses and add the spices (not the chili powder). Shape in 2 logs. On waxed paper, sprinkle the chili powder; roll logs until coated. Wrap in Saran and refrigerate at least 3 days. Serve with crackers.
