- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- chili powder - 1 item
- natural Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
How to make chili cheese ball:
With the blender or electric mixer combine the cheeses and add the spices (not the chili powder). Shape in 2 logs. On waxed paper, sprinkle the chili powder; roll logs until coated. Wrap in Saran and refrigerate at least 3 days. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
