Ingredients/Components
- water - 2/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- corn chips - 4 oz
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 lb
- chili seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- sliced, pitted black olives - 1/4 c
How to make chili casserole:
In a large saucepan, mix ground beef, onion, seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Heat for 15 minutes. In a greased 9 x 9-inch casserole, layer meat, beans, chips, olives and cheese.
