- salt
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- can seasoned tomato sauce - 1 oz
- large onion - 1 item
- cans kidney or pinto beans - 2 item
How to make chili beans:
Brown onions, pepper and meat. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
