Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can pinto beans, drained - 1 item
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- medium can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- dash Texas Pete hot sauce - 1 item
- dash lemon pepper - 1 item
- bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce may use regular barbecue sauce - 1/2 item
- dash garlic salt, oregano and chili powder - 1 item
How to make chili:
Saute pepper and onion. Brown meat and drain excess fat. Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Put in crock-pot and serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
