Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- cans kidney beans, drained - 2 item
- ground chuck or ground round - 2 lb
- large can tomato sauce could add another small can - 1 item
How to make chili:
Brown meat with onion in large skillet. Drain excess fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer covered for 20 to 25 minutes. May need to add a little water, if needed.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
