- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground turkey - 4 oz
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- can pinto beans - 1 oz
How to make chili:
Mix all ingredients together. Add water to thin; cook down. Makes 2 servings.Exchanges: 4 protein, 1 vegetable.
