- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1 qt
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 item
How to make chili:
