- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- cans kidney beans - 2 item
- chili seasoning mix your choice - 1 pkg
How to make chili:
Brown meat; drain grease. In a 5-quart pan, combine all ingredients; mix together well. Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Bring just to a boil and then turn heat to simmer. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with cheese and crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
