Ingredients/Components
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make chili:
Brown meat. Add onions and saute until clear. Add remaining ingredients. Add one cup water and cook slowly. May be put in crock-pot and cooked on low heat for several hours. Goes well on hot dogs.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
