Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef
- oregano - 2 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- diced pepper - 2 Tbsp
- can Mexican beans - 1 item
How to make chili:
Combine first two ingredients in a large saucepan. Brown and drain off fat. Add next ingredients and stir until blended. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
