- flour - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 c
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- ground cumin - 1 Tbsp
- minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- each salt and pepper - 1 Tbsp
- can chopped tomatoes with juice - 28 oz
How to make chili:
Cook ground meat, stirring until no longer pink. Drain and add onion, garlic and cumin. Cook, stirring 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
