Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- catsup - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1 Tbsp
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- garlic salt or 1 clove garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Ground chuck - 2 lb
- can tomatoes, stewed or whole, chopped - 1 oz
- can tomato and herbs sauce - 1 oz
How to make chili:
Brown meat and onions in olive oil. Drain. Add butter, salts and garlic. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, covered,in a large pot or Dutch oven, over low heat.Stir often.
