Ingredients/Components
- whipping cream - 8 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 8 item
- cans green chiles, chopped - 2 oz
How to make chile cheese squares:
Spread the chiles in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with cheese. Combine eggs, cream and pepper and mix well. Pour over cheese.Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
