Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 c
- cans chopped green chilies - 2 item
How to make chile cheese squares:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix eggs well. Add cumin. Add both kinds of cheese. Line bottom of pan with green chilies. Pour egg mixture over chilies. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until eggs are set.
