  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • beaten egg whites - 3 item
  • beaten egg yolks - 3 item
  • envelope gelatin - 1 item

How to make chiffon pumpkin pie:

Mix first 8 ingredients. Cook slowly. Then soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Let chill. Add egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour in baked pie shell.
