- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg whites - 3 item
- beaten egg yolks - 3 item
- envelope gelatin - 1 item
How to make chiffon pumpkin pie:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Cook slowly. Then soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Let chill. Add egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour in baked pie shell.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
