Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2/3 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- white wine
- plain bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- or 7 boneless chicken breasts skin on - 6 item
- leftover melted butter - 1 item
How to make chicken with white wine sauce:
Sauce:1/4 c. white wine1/4 c. chopped green onions1/4 c. chopped parsley leftover melted butter Chicken: Mix cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt together on a small plate. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then dry ingredients. Bake, skin side up, in a 9 x 12-inch dish at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.Sauce: Mix all ingredients with melted butter. Ladle mixture over last 5 minutes of baking.
