Chicken wings



  • water - 10 oz
  • ground ginger - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken wings
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • bottle soy sauce - 1 oz
  • to 8 cloves garlic, sliced - 6 item

How to make chicken wings:

Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half. Mix ingredients and pour over wings. Refrigerate 24 hours. Arrange wings in baking dish. Pour some of the marinade over wings. Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes, turning once. Can be served or frozen and reheated later.
