Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1/4 c
- to 25 chicken wings - 20 item
How to make chicken wings:
Cut off and discard tips of wings. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over wings in a large shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Pour marinade off and reserve 1 1/2 cups. Place chicken wings in a shallow foil-lined pan. Pour reserved marinade over wings. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Turn occasionally during baking.
