Chicken veggie casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/3 c
- cooked chicken, cubed - 3 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- can mushrooms and pieces, drained - 1 item
- California vegetables broccoli, carrots, cauliflower - 1 pkg
How to make chicken veggie casserole:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan covered for 1 hour at 350°. Top with grated cheese and almonds. Allow cheese to melt before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
