  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • chopped onion to taste - 1 item
  • small can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • diced cooked chicken 4 breasts - 2 c
  • crumbled tortillas approximately 9

How to make chicken tortilla soup:

Layer in pan, tortillas, chicken and soup mixture. Add broth at the end. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350°.
