- skinless boneless chicken breast, boiled - 1 lb
- cup chopped onion - 1 item
- minced garlic from a jar - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item
- can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- cup water - 1/2 item
- corn or flour tortillas - 4 item
How to make chicken tortilla soup:
Saut?© onion and garlic about five minutes or until onion is tender in 2 Tbsp. oil in a large saucepan. Add tomatoes, chilies, chicken broth, pepper, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin and hot sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes.
