Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- corn tortillas, cut in half - 1 pkg
- small cans diced olives - 2 item
- large chicken breasts, boiled and shredded - 5 item
- small cans Ortega chilies, diced - 4 item
How to make chicken tortilla casserole:
Cover oiled pan with a layer of corn tortillas. Layer of chicken. Mix mushroom soup, broth, olives, chilies and onion; pour 1/2 over chicken. Add a layer of mixed cheeses. Start second layer: tortillas, chicken, etc. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
