Chicken tortilla bake
Ingredients/Components
- 8 oz - 2 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- cans chopped green chilies - 2 item
- shredded cooked chicken - 3 c
How to make chicken tortilla bake:
In a bowl, combine chicken, green chilies, broth, soups and onion; set aside. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Layer half of tortillas on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish (cut tortillas to fit dish). Top with half of chicken mixture and half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american, One Dish meal.
