Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 1/2 lb
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- chopped cooked chicken - 6 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
In a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer about 15 minutes. Slowly stir in mushroom soup, milk and cheese.
