  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • box vermicelli - 8 oz
  • block medium Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • to 7 skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 6 item

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Boil vermicelli noodles and chicken together. Meanwhile, grate cheese and chop onion. Saute onion and stick of margarine in saucepan. Pour margarine and onion in casserole dish. Drain noodles and chicken. Pour noodles into dish. Dice or tear chicken and put in dish. Pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Stir. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Sprinkle black pepper to taste. Cover. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
