  • milk - 1 qt
  • American cheese - 1/2 lb
  • small jar pimentos - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • Old English cheese - 1/2 lb
  • chicken hen or 4 or 5 chicken breasts
  • small jar or fresh mushrooms - 1 item
  • Saute in butter the mushrooms, green pepper and onion

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Cook and bone chicken or use 4 or 5 chicken breasts. Saute in butter the mushrooms, green pepper and onion.Sauce:3/4 c. flour1 qt. milk1/2 lb. Old English cheese1/2 lb. American cheese12 oz. pkg. spaghetti1 small jar pimentos Cook 12 ounce package of noodles in chicken broth. Season to taste and add 1 small jar pimentos. Put in casserole with lid. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
