  • pkg - 7 oz
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • chicken breasts, cooked - 4 item
  • cans mushrooms, drained - 2 oz

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Break spaghetti into 1-inch pieces; cook and drain. Do not overcook. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Remove skin and bones from chicken; cut into large pieces. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 300°. Serves 8.
