Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 7 oz
- sour cream - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- chicken breasts, cooked - 4 item
- cans mushrooms, drained - 2 oz
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Break spaghetti into 1-inch pieces; cook and drain. Do not overcook. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Remove skin and bones from chicken; cut into large pieces. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 300°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
