Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- spaghetti noodles - 8 oz
- cooking sherry - 1/3 c
- white or black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked chicken, deboned - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese, divided
- can sliced and drained mushrooms - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti. Rinse in cool water and drain. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed well in frying pan. Add sherry, milk, bouillon cubes and 1/3 cheese. Cook until slightly thickened. Add chicken and mushrooms to the sauce along with the spaghetti noodles. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1/3 cup cheese.
