Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/3 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • spaghetti noodles - 8 oz
  • cooking sherry - 1/3 c
  • white or black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • cooked chicken, deboned - 2 c
  • Parmesan cheese, divided
  • can sliced and drained mushrooms - 1 item

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Cook spaghetti. Rinse in cool water and drain. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed well in frying pan. Add sherry, milk, bouillon cubes and 1/3 cheese. Cook until slightly thickened. Add chicken and mushrooms to the sauce along with the spaghetti noodles. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1/3 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375° or until bubbly and serve.
