Chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- ginger - 1 tsp
- honey - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce
- oil for frying - 1 item
- chicken tenders - 2 lb
How to make chicken teriyaki:
Glaze:1/2 c. soy sauce1/2 c. honey1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp. ginger Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with seasoned flour. Pour 1/2-inch oil in frypan. When oil is hot, add chicken until chicken is golden brown. Meanwhile, heat soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a small pan. Lift chicken from oil and drain briefly. Dip chicken in honey mixture and place in baking dish. Bake at 250° for 20 minutes. Pour rest of mixture and bake 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
