Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, cubed - 8 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- cooked, chopped chicken
- can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground cumin or chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- taco shells or soft flour or corn tortillas - 10 item
- garnish tomato, lettuce, salsa, guacamole - 1 item
How to make chicken tacos:
Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Stir in chicken and spices. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Makes delicious tacos or enchiladas. If you like a spicier sauce, substitute salsa for milk. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
