Chicken supreme dijon
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Canola oil - 1 Tbsp
- Grey Poupon mustard
- Knorr chicken bouillon - 2 c
- additional flour
- flour, salt and pepper for dredging - 1 item
- chicken breasts, split, skinless and boneless - 2 item
How to make chicken supreme dijon:
Dredge chicken and saute in oil and butter until lightly browned. Remove chicken to warm plate. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of flour to pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Add chicken broth and deglaze pan.Bring to a boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Then add mustard and vinegar. Stir sauce until thickened. Replace chicken and cook 30 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with parsley.
