Chicken supreme
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- small can mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- jar pimentos, drained and chopped - 1 item
- dash of pepper optional - 1 item
- diced, cooked chicken tuna, shrimp, crab or ground beef - 2 c
How to make chicken supreme:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours. Cover with foil if it gets too brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. You may use Velveeta or Old English cheese on top. Serves 12 generously.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
