Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 12 oz
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • cooked broccoli flowerets - 1 c
  • cut up, cooked chicken - 2 c

How to make chicken stuffing bake:

In a 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat 3/4 cup of the milk and margarine to scalding. In large bowl, pour hot milk mixture over stuffing. Toss to mix well. Pat half of the stuffing mixture into a buttered 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

In medium bowl, stir soup, remaining milk, chicken, cheese and broccoli until well mixed. Spoon evenly over stuffing mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until hot.
